Established in 2002, the Life Time Fitness Triathlon has been considered one of the world's best triathlon events. It is also the second of six events across the United States that make up the Life Time Fitness Triathalon Series Race to the Toyota Cup. Set in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Life Time Fitness Triathlon attracts over 3,500 amateur participants each year, including such champions as Hunter Kemper, Craig Alexander, Simon Whitfield, Chris McCormack, Greg Bennett, Andy Potts and Matt Reed.

Winter Training? How do you train in the off-season? I take a few weeks off then start with some easy training. By December I'm putting in more volume. Tax season makes it tough to train so I have to squeeze in the workouts.
